The level of sophistication of asset management is nowadays such that the supporting information systems form the “cement” which binds the various components of the total environment together. This ensures total asset management.

Although the information systems per say make no difference to operational and maintenance performance, insufficient and fragmented systems simply lead to insufficient visibility, administrative overloads, hence un-focused management. Poor configuration results in a system is a burden rather than helpful in improving the efficiency of users.

During the review process we verify adherence to procedures, and provide in-work coaching or re-training as required. This process verifies the ongoing integrity of the system, and adjustment can be made as required. A final audit is performed to certify and close the project or define the next phase scope.
