Since our inception we have amassed the skills of a team of functional specialists including industrial, mechanical, civil and computer engineers, operations research and information technology professionals. e-Logics 10 Years of Tailored Innovation BEST EMPLOYER ACCREDITATION

e-Logics has been accredited by the CRF Institute as a Best Employer.

The accreditation was obtained by investigating e-Logics’ Human Resources (HR) management and policies. The investigation involves an online survey that is complete by participating companies; thereafter Grant Thornton conduct an audit to verify whether e-Logics implement HR Best Practices. The survey aims to determine how e-Logics is positioned in terms of our POLICIES and PRACTICES compared to the companies operating in the ITC industry and other Best Employers in the market.

This recognition allows e-Logics to be in a better position to drive our ‘People’ deliverable in our triple bottom line of ‘People, Planet and Profit’. The Best Employer survey also affords e-Logics as an organisation to now continue to benchmark ourselves against companies that are known for implementing HR Best Practices.

The CRF International Employer Brand certification aims to assist companies in identifying their unique employer propositions. This in turn helps to develop an HR strategy that ensures a company’s staff compliment is managed correctly whilst taking into consideration the organisation and the relevant industry’s specific business challenges and opportunities.

October is Transport Month. e-Logics, together with the IMPERIAL Group is proud to say that in support of this we have introduced various initiatives to ensure road safety. We are committed to making South Africa's roads safer and friendlier. We believe the place to start the change is with ourselves; with each individual employee committing to being a better driver or pedestrian. We want to thank all our staff for participating and embracing the I-Pledge drive to road safety and for actively dedicating themselves towards making a real difference on our roads. We already have 95% of our staff who have pledged online.

Furthermore, we are encouraging all our staff to support “Car Free Day” on October 20 however they can. This could mean that they organise a lift club or use any mode of public transport with the aim of lessening the number of vehicles on the road that day. This would also contribute to reduced carbon emissions and all of us having a less harmful impact on the environment.
