Support Services

In order to enhance the benefits that can be obtained from our solutions, e-Logics provides support and system maintenance services through a maintenance contract and license. The software maintenance and support license include regular patches and upgrades, as well as e-mail support. Other outsourcing services include support and administration of systems, ensuring optimal performance of the software system.

We also provide specialist services that include consulting, asset management outsourcing and interpretation services.


The Physical Asset Software Modules can also be licensed through an Application Service agreement. This option is licensed on a pay per use of the system. The advantages of the Applications Service are:

  • Reduced capital layout cost for hardware and software.
  • No additional specialized staff to manage and support the technology.
  • Support and maintenance of software and data are included in the cost.

These benefits particularly allow smaller operations to benefit from asset management software.
